Does Nobis have a return policy?

Yes, us.nobis.com does have a return policy. The policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, a refund or exchange can't be offered. To be eligible for a complimentary return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. It must also be in the original packaging.

If a return is initiated, a pre-paid return label will be sent. Once the return is received and inspected, an email will be sent to notify that the returned item has been received. Notification of the approval or rejection of the refund will also be sent. If approved, then the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Please note, only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, a gift credit for the value of the return will be received. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, a refund will be sent to the gift giver.
